Milton "Milt" H. Baker, 59, of Worthington and formerly of Washington, passed away at 11:30 a.m. June 28, 2004 at his residence.
Born Dec. 5, 1944 in Bloomfield, he was the son of Aden and Vera Killion (Kerr) Baker.
He was a retired self-employed drywaller and had served in the Navy. He was a member of American Legion Post 121 Washington, an Ellis Park member and belonged to the Eagles in Washington.
Survivors include: three daughters, Sandy Utterback of Lexington, Tenn., Tammy Ives of Bloomfield and Shaunda Grounds of Linton; six grandchildren, Aaron Utterback, James Utterback, Andrew Utterback and Rebekah Utterback, all of Lexington, Tenn., Josh Graber and Levi Grounds, both of Linton; one brother Junior L. and his wife Clara Killion of Little Cincinnati; one sister Shirley and her husband Rex Mallette of Bloomington; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. on Friday at Jenkins Funeral Home Bloomfield. Burial will be at Goodwill Cemetery in Loogootee.
Friends may call from 10 a.m. until the hour of service Friday at the funeral home.
