Janet Joan Gould, 68, of Midland passed away at 7:15 p.m., May 4, 2004 at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.
Born May 5, 1935 in Elnora, she was the daughter of David Clyde and Dorthy Viola (Courtney) Bedwell. She married Dwight M. Gould on April 19, 1955.
She was a homemaker and also served as a Pink Lady for the Greene County General Hospital Ladies Auxiliary. She was a member of the Lebanon Baptist Church in Midland.
Survivors include, her husband Dwight M. Gould of Midland; two daughters, Renea Borgmeier and her husband Mark of Rockford Ohio and Joan Cork and her husband Tim of Midland; two grandchildren, Jeff and Amy Borgmeier; three brothers, James R. Bedwell of Palm Beach Fla., D. Joe Bedwell of Pleasantville, Jerry G. Bedwell of Pleasantville; and two sisters, Judy D. Hartley of Jacksonville, Fla., and Donna D. Jackson of Linton.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday at Anderson-Poindexter Memory Chapel in Linton with the Rev. David Hoskins officiating. Burial will be at Mt. Moriah in Dugger.
Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. on Friday, and from 9 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Ladies Auxiliary at Greene County Hospital. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
