BLOOMINGTON ---- Bonnie M. Sutherlin, 67, of Bloomington, passed away Sunday, May 9, 2004, at Bloomington Hospital.
Born Oct, 6, 1936, in Monroe County, she was the daughter of Glen H. and Wilma (Shields) Crouch.
She was a homemaker, and was a retired employee of the Monroe County Community School Corporation food service and served with her husband at the Woodhaven Christian Church in his ministry. A devoted wife, her passion was her children and grandchildren and she strongly supported foreign missions.
Survivors include her husband, Ronald J. "Ron" Sutherlin of Bloomington; one son and daughter-in-law, Randall and Cathy Sutherlin of Bloomfield; four daughters and sons-in-law, Anita and Jeff Carter of Bloomington, Janet Sutherlin of Bloomington, Denise and Gary Williams of Bloomington and Jenifer and Jeff Pickett of Noblesville; 12 grandchildren; one sister, Mary F. Ison of Martinsville and three brothers, Henry Crouch and Glen Crouch, both of Indianapolis and Bill Crouch of Bloomington. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her step-father Mason Wilber; two sisters, Charlotte Crouch and Betty Crouch; two brothers, Leroy Crouch and Dwight "Peanut" Crouch.
Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. on Thursday at Allen Funeral Home, 3000 East Third Street, Bloomington with the Rev. Don Hensley officiating. Entombment will be at Valhalla Memory Gardens in Bloomington.
Friends may call Wednesday from 2-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Pine Haven Christian Children's Ranch in care of Allen Funeral Home.
