BELOIT, Wis. ---- Eva P. Collins of Beloit, Wis., and formerly of Daviess County, passed away Tuesday, April 20, 2004, at 4:45 p.m.
Born July 30, 1917 in Daviess County, she was the daughter of William and Myrtle (Myers) Hedden.
She was a retired seamstress at H.W. Gossard Co., a member of the Bicknell United Methodist Church and also the Cargill United Methodist Church in Janesville, Wis.
Survivors include one son, Larry Collins of Mainsville, Ohio; one daughter, Donna Crowley of Janesville, Wis.; one brother, Americus Hedden of Louisville, Ky.; six grandchildren, Rex Collins of Greenwood, Kimberly Johnson of Broadhead, Wis., Jill Stabb of Greenfield, and Ann Collins of Mainsville, Ohio, Cheryl Cox of Bruceville and Pam Alexander of Terre Haute; and 15 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Virgil Collins, who passed away April 12, 1977, and her parents.
Funeral service will be at 2:30 p.m. on Friday at McClure-Utt Funeral Home in Bicknell with the Rev. John Moreland officiating. Burial will follow at Bicknell Memorial Cemetery.
Friends may call from 11:30 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home at 109 East 6th Street in Bicknell.
