Ann F. Baker, 57, of Solsberry, passed away Saturday, April 24, 2004 at St. Vincent-Carmel Hospital in Carmel.
Born March 6, 1947 in Knox County, she was the daughter of Virginia (Reeve) Flack.
She worked at Indiana University for more than 36 years. She was a member of the Vincennes Order of the Eastern Star and was an avid lover of animals.
Survivors include her husband Charles P. Baker of Solsberry; her mother Virginia (Reeve) Flack of Solsberry; two daughters, Eve Sparks and her husband John and Shannon Miller and her husband Bruce, all of Greene county; four grandchildren, John Sparks, Rachel Sparks, Bailey Miller and Katie Miller; one brother, Patrick Flack of Bloomington; and a special friend, Scruffy.
The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday at Day Funeral Home Chapel, 4150 E. 3rd St., Bloomington with Dennis Miller officiating. Burial will follow in Valhalla Memory Gardens at 310 N. Johnson Ave., Bloomington.
Friends may call from 4-9 p.m. on Tuesday, and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. There will be an Eastern Star memorial service Tuesday at 7:30 p.m.
