Billy L. Miller, 76, of Linton, passed away on Friday, Jan. 30, 2004 at 4:18 p.m. in Greene County General Hospital.
He was born on May 12, 1927 in Clay City to Ralph R. and Roslea Flynn Miller.
He had owned and operated a pottery factory in Arizona. He was a veteran of the Korean War and was a member of the Frank Courtney American Legion Post 22 in Linton.
He is survived by three sisters, Lorene Frank of Linton, Wanda Byrer of Odon and Irene and Carl Waldrip of Englewood, Fla.; nieces and nephews, Rita Cummins, Rosie Owens, Brenda Dick, Connie Wright, Larry Kendall, Terry Kendall, Rob Kendall and Randy Kendall.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Miller, and his parents.
Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. on Tuesday at Anderson-Poindexter Memory Chapel in Linton with the Rev. David Tyra officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Linton with military graveside rites.
Visitation is 4-8 p.m. tonight, and from 9 a.m. until the hour of service Tuesday.
