Monica M. Clements, 75, of Washington, died at 3:10 a.m. on Jan. 4, 2004 at Daviess Community Hospital.
Born Feb. 5, 1928, in Daviess County, she was the daughter of Silas Mattingly and Cora Agnes Spaulding.
She was a homemaker, a graduate of Montgomery High School and a former employee of the Wooden Key Hallmark shop, retired since 1992. She was a member of the St. Simon Church.
Survivors include her husband, Robert Clements; two daughters, Mrs. Robert (Michelle) Neukam of Linton and Mrs. Bryan (Suszette) Neukam of Washington; a sister, LaVerne James of Washington; a grandson, Scott M. Neukam and a niece, Vidette James.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a son, Michael Lee Clements, and a sister, Tmelda.
Service will be 10 a.m. on Thursday at St. Simon Church with Father David Martin officiating. Burial will be at St. John Cemetery.
Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. on Wednesday at the Ed Lee Mortuary, and wake service will be at 4:30 p.m.
