Lulu Lea (Neighbors) Mohr, 95, of Greenwood, died at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 24, at Community Hospital South in Indianapolis.
Born April 23, 1908, in Martin County, she was the daughter of Reid and Lillian James Neighbors.
She was a homemaker. She had resided in Bloomfield from 1964-99, Bloomington from 1999-01, and in Greenwood since 2001 with her son and daughter-in-law. She was a member of the Eastern Star Brookside Chapter in Indianapolis for over 50 years, and a member of the Bloomfield First Christian Church.
Survivors include a son, Ron R. Mohr of Greenwood; two grandsons, Anthony C. Mohr and Adam O. Mohr, both of Greenwood; three great-grandchildren, Tyler A. Mohr, Chelsea C. Mohr and Dylan O. Mohr, all of Greenwood; and a sister, Betty Hawkins of Bloomington, Minn.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles H. Mohr on April 12, 1979; six sisters, Dorothy Williams, Virginia Benell, Janet Dant, Madge Lane, Inez Dickey and Jessie Stone; and her parents.
Services were at 11 a.m. today at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield with the Rev. Arlen Pope officiating. The Bloomfield Chapter of Eastern Star conducted a service at 7 p.m. on Sunday. Burial was in Grandview Cemetery in Bloomfield.
