SULLIVAN ---- Maude Storms, 93, of Sullivan and formerly of Carlisle, passed away at 7:50 a.m., Thursday, Nov. 6, 2003 at Sullivan County Community Hospital.
Born Aug. 30, 1910 in Worthington, she was the daughter of Joseph and Lilly (Klass) Haldeman.
She was retired from the Root Store and a former restaurant owner in Carlisle. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church at Carlisle.
Survivors include, one daughter, Dorothy Moyer of Sullivan; one sister, Betty Shertzer of Worthington; two grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and other relatives.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William "Bill" Storms; three brothers, Roscoe Haldeman, Leon Haldeman, and Robert Haldeman; two sisters, Midge Hulen and Violet Hartley; and her parents.
Funeral service will be at Holmes Memorial Chapel in Sullivan at 11 a.m. on Monday with Bill Sam Phegley officiating. Burial will follow at Carlisle Odd Fellows Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 4-8 p.m. on Sunday.
