MIDLAND ---- Philip A. LeCocq, 43, of Midland, passed away at 4:07 a.m., today, Sept. 2, 2003 at Glenburn Home in Linton.
Born March 8, 1960, in Linton, he was the son of Paris and Bernice (Wilson) LeCocq.
He was an active member of the Lebanon Baptist Church in Midland. He was a 1978 graduate of Shakamak High School and was a machinist with C & M Engineering of Dugger for more than five years.
Survivors include, his son, Nickalaus A. LeCocq of Midland; three brothers, Paris LeCocq, Jr. of Newberry, Don LeCocq of Jasonville, and Bill LeCocq of Linton; one sister, Darlene LeCocq Hankins of Sullivan; and nine nieces and seven nephews.
Funeral service will be at Welch & Cornett Linton Chapel at 11 a.m. on Thursday with the Rev. David Hoskins officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Linton.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 4-8 p.m. on Wednesday, and after 9 a.m. on Thursday prior to the service.
The family has suggested that memorial donations be made to the Greene County Foundation for the Lebanon Baptist Church through the funeral home.
