Born May 2, 1916 in Greene County, she was the daughter of Harrison and Ruby (Foster) Floyd.
She was a housewife and worked at the Bloomfield Nursing Home. She was member of the Allen Chapel Church and Antioch Christian Church, both in rural Bloomfield.
Survivors include seven sons and one daughter: Russell Neidigh of Bedford, Ronald Neidigh of Bloomington, Fred Neidigh of Bloomfield, Loren Neidigh Ellettsville, Larry Neidigh of Ellettsville, Darrel Neidigh of Bloomfield, Steve Neidigh of Bloomfield and Cheryl VanPelt of Solsberry; two brothers Ray Floyd and Tom Floyd, both of Bloomfield; 17 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren, and six great-great grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers; two sisters; her husband Clifford Neidigh; and three grandchildren, Rick, Roger and Tina Neidigh.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the Allen Chapel Church in rural Bloomfield with Robert K. Warren officiating. Burial will follow at Grandview Cemetery in Bloomfield.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 pm Thursday at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield, and after 9:30 a.m. at the church.
In lieu of flowers, the family wishes all donations be made to the Allen Chapel Church in care of Jenkins Funeral Home.
