Karen Sue Campbell, 30, of Switz City, passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 16, 2007, at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.

She was born Sept. 30, 1977, in Greencastle, the daughter of Jack L. and Jane Ann (Davidson) Campbell.

She worked in the quality lab at Whitestone Acquisition in Bloomington. She was a 1995 graduate of White River Valley High School and a 2000 graduate of Indiana State University.

Survivors include her parents, Marlin and Jane Ann Lux of Switz City; her maternal grandmother, Helene Davidson of Bloomfield; three brothers, Adam Campbell and his wife, Leslie, of Oaktown, Bob Campbell and his wife, Marcy, of Greencastle and Patrick Campbell and his wife, Tammy, of Fillmore; an uncle, Johnny Davidson and his wife, Terri, of Bloomfield; two aunts, Janell Gurney and her husband, William, of Indianapolis, and Jackie McCammon and her husband, Matt, of Bloomfiel;, two nephews, Evan L. and Logan Campbell; a niece, Elise Burton; and cousins, Ben and John Gurney, Jason and Nicole Davidson, and Preston and Brooke Braswell.

She was preceded by her father, Jack L. Campbell, & her papaw, Robert R. Davidson.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday at Welch & Cornett Funeral Home Linton Chapel with Don Reed officiating. Burial will follow at Prairie Chapel Cemetery, near Newberry.

Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Friday and after 10 a.m. Saturday.

The family has suggested that memorial donations be made to the Greene County Humane Society, the Lyons United Methodist Church, or Riley Children's Hospital through the funeral home.
