GREENE COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT
* Nov. 29 -- Robert Reynolds of Solsberry was southbound on State Road 57 just north of County Road 750 South in a Mack truck around 3 a.m. when a deer crossed his path and he was unable to avoid hitting the animal. Greene County Sheriff's Deputy Dured L. Townsend was the investigating officer.
* Nov. 27 -- Carole A. Myers, 35, Linton, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear and a body attachment. Bond was set at $5000. Greene County Sheriff's Department Deputy Aaron Smith was the arresting officer.
* Nov. 28 -- David A. Sexton, 41, Bloomington, was arrested on a petition to revoke-habitual traffic violator and is being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff's Department Lt. Brian K. Woodall was the arresting officer.
LINTON POLICE DEPARTMENT
The Linton Police Department's activity log for Wednesday included one title check, two information only, one juvenile/delinquent, one after-hours assist to the utility department, one vandalism, one funeral escort, one medical/illness, one animal complaint, one suspicious vehicle/person, one assist to another agency, one harassment complaint, one possibly intoxicated driver, one reckless driver, one theft-other, one domestic dispute, one open door/garage, one ordinance violation and four traffic stops.
* Nov. 28 -- Police are investigating an incident of a driver leaving the scene of an accident after a resident reported damage to a garage door on F St. N.W. sometime after Nov. 26. A vehicle apparently hit the door and ran, leaving a broken headlight and tire tracks behind. LPD Patrolman Karl Jacobshagen is the investigating officer.
