Anonymous asks: In your experience with deaf education, do you feel that multiple handicapped, deaf children should have full access to classroom content and full access to their environment via their primary mode of communication? In other words, if a child is severely delayed cognitively and physically, should they not be given the same access to language that a deaf child without other disabilities would be given? Do you know of any research on this subject?
