She was born Feb. 18, 1930, in Indianapolis, the daughter of Alvin and Mary (Williams) Macha.
She formerly worked at the Jasonville Cord Factory and the Salvation Army Thrift Shop and currently was employed at the Linton SuperWal-Mart Center for the past 10 years. She was active with the Salvation Army for many years.
Survivors include two sons, Frank (Alanna) Moreno of Linton and Ed (Julie) Moreno of Waunakee, WI; and two grandchildren, Kayla and Craig Moreno.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Georgia Lang and Dorothy Macha; and her parents.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 21, at Welch & Cornett Funeral Home Linton Chapel with Reverend Kenneth Adams officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery.
Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Thursday and after 9 a.m. Friday.
Memorial may be given to Greene County Clothe-a-Child through the funeral home.
