Shakamak Elementary appreciates support

To the Editor:

The students and staff of Shakamak Elementary would like to thank everyone who helped make this Christmas special for our students. We are very fortunate to have so many kind and generous people in our community.

We would especially like to thank the Department of Natural Resources, Jasonville Tri Kappa, The Dollar Store, the anonymous $100 donor, The Sons of the American Legion, The American Legion, the Linton Elks, Joe Don Wise, the Shakamak PTO, The Knitting Club, local churches, everyone who helped out by adopting a family and everyone else who brought items for our Giving Tree or helped in any way.

We wish you a very Merry Christmas and a healthy and Happy New Year.
