She was born Nov. 26, 1931, in Sandborn, the daughter of William and Joy (Anderson) Wagner.
She was a member of the Howesville Church of God Prophecy, worked at RCA in Bloomington and retired from General Electric in Linton.
Survivors include two sons, Stephen Cooper and his wife, Marianne, of Indianapolis and Mark Cooper and his wife, Victoria, of Linton; two daughters, Constance "Connie" Cooper of Linton and Teresa Kendall Murdock and her husband, Scott, of Linton; a son-in-law, Danny Cox of Midland; a brother, William Wagner of Edinburgh; three sisters, Norma Jean Lucas of Linton, Goldie Lucas of Linton and Ercil Burress of Jasonville; 13 grandchildren, Andrew, Catherine, Sean, Angela, Stefan, and Elaina Cooper, Kristen and Joshua Hudson, Mark Cooper, Jr., Brian and Ginger Kendall, Amber Dawn Jackson, and Shadley Cox, and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Hobert Cooper; a daughter, Cynthia Ann Cox; two brothers, David and Carl Wagner; two sisters, Lola Mallett and Georgia Clark, and her parents.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday at Welch & Cornett Funeral Home Linton Chapel, Pastor Larry Goodman officiating. Burial will follow at Sandborn Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4-8 P.M. Friday and after 10 a.m. Saturday.
The family has suggested that memorial donations be made to the Howesville Church of God Prophecy through the funeral home.
