The Linton Police Department's activity log on Tuesday included one breaking and entering, one title check, three information only requests, one juvenile/delinquent, four school/foot patrols, one structure fire, one medical/illness, one animal complaint, one theft-other, one animal/debris in roadway, two fingerprints for gun permits, one ordinance violation and one traffic stop.

* Jan. 12 -- Around 4 a.m. a resident heard someone try to open their front door. When they went to check, they found their pink plastic pig filled with dirt was missing from their front porch. LPD Patrolman Debbie McDonald was the investigating officer.

* Jan. 15 -- A resident who was keeping a watchful eye on a vacant house reported an incident of criminal mischief after they found the rear door open and some damage done inside the house. LPD Patrolman Karl Jacobshagen was the investigating officer.
