Farmer's Market should be expanded to two days

To the Editor:

Are we finally going to get a Farmer's Market in Linton?

We have needed this for a very long time. It will be nice to buy fresh garden produce right from the farm. I think the farmers should be given more time to sell their produce.

Allow them four hours on Saturday plus four hours on Wednesday. Some produce will not keep well from week to week ... sweet corn for example.

Give them more time and all of us will enjoy the harvest.
