Morris W. Todd, 74, of Bloomfield passed away at 7:20 a.m on Monday March 10, 2008.

Born April 5, 1933 in Bloomington, Indiana he was the son of Earl and Myrtle (Wade) Todd.

He was retired from Wetteray Inc. in Bloomington. He was a member of the Sylvania Wesleyan Church. Morris was an Army veteran of the Korean War.

Surviving relatives include: his wife, Judy A. (King) Todd of Bloomfield; seven children, Debbie Sparks (Gary), Randy Todd (Debbie), Kathy Gwaltney (Larry), Gary Todd (Beth), Peggy Hayes (Michael), Jim Todd (Jennifer)all of Bloomfield, and Jody Todd (Jenny) of Linton; one brother, Erna Todd (Maxine) of Bedford; two sisters, Norma Cox (Fred) and Virgie Helms (Jerrell), both of Bloomfield; 21 grandchildren Chris and Denise Sparks, Travis and Emmy Sparks, Scott Todd, Josh Todd, Jane Todd, Angie & Dan Frye, Todd and Stacey Humerickhouse, Amie and Matt Allen, Abbie Humerickhouse, Tabitha Todd, Samantha Todd, Hallie Todd, Adde Todd, Elizabeth Todd, Misty and Jake Graf, Matt and Mary Etta Todd, Cory and Lacy Todd, Miranda Todd, Gavin Todd, Melissa and James Laster and Danielle Gwaltney; 14 great-grandchildren, Benjamin Sparks, Logan Sparks, Kirsten Sparks, Kaylee Sparks, Wyatt Frye, Aubrie Frye, Taylor Graf, Felicity Graf, Baylin Graf, Laytin Graf, Bridgette Todd, Emmy Todd, Hank Todd and Lillianne Laster; two step-grandchildren, Westin Robertson and Brandi Robertson; and step-great grandchild, Kasidee Robertson.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and one sister, Mary Evelyn Bryant.

Funeral Services will be at 2 p.m. on Saturday at Sylvania Wesleyan Church with Rev. Bob England, Rev. Dave Taylor, and Rev. Erin Raper officiating. Burial will follow at Walnut Grove Cemetery near Bloomfield.

Friends may call from 3 to 9 p.m. on Friday and noon until the hour of service Saturday at Sylvania Wesleyan Church.

The family wishes all donations be made to the Sylvania Church building fund or Greene County Right to Life.
