GREENE COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT
* Mar. 13 -- The awning over the drive-through window at the Bloomfield State Bank's Eastern Heights branch office was damaged in an accident at 1:10 p.m. The Bank branch is located at the intersection of State Roads 45 and 445. Jeffrey R. Adams, 37, Solsberry, was eastbound in the bank's parking lot in a 1998 Chevrolet trash truck. When he attempted to pull up to the drive-through window, the top of the dump bed on the trash truck struck a clearance warning sign then struck the underneath side of the awning. No injuries were reported but the awning was damaged. GCSD Deputy Terry L. Wade was the investigating officer.
* Mar. 13 -- James R. Jackson, 29, Worthington, was arrested on a body attachment and was being held on $500 bond. Worthington Police Department Deputy Marshal Don Richardson was the arresting officer.
* Mar. 14 -- Michael L. Rogers, 50, Jasonville, was arrested on preliminary charges of trespassing and disorderly conduct and was being held on $150 bond. Jasonville Police Department Officer James Gadberry was the arresting officer.

The Linton Police Department's activity log for Thursday included one request for information only, one school/foot patrol, one structure fire, one brush fire, one missing or runaway juvenile, one medical/illness, one animal complaint, one prowler, two assists to other agencies, two harassment complaints, one theft-other, one welfare check/concerns, two animals removed/canine, one ordinance violation and 12 traffic stops.
