GREENE COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT

JAIL LOG

* April 4 -- Joshua M. Marlow, 20, Sandborn, was arrested on a preliminary charge of theft and was being held on $4,000 bond. Greene County Sheriff's Deputy Terry Wade was the arresting officer.

* April 5 -- Christopher J. Flynn, 21, Linton, was arrested on a preliminary charge of theft and was being held on $4,000 bond. Greene County Sheriff's Deputy Terry Wade was the arresting officer.

* April 5 -- Jarred P. Anthony, 22, Bloomfield, was arrested on preliminary charges of fleeing in a vehicle, operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction, possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance and was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff's Deputy Leon Dunigan was the arresting officer.

* April 6 -- Regonel L. Petoskey, 40, Sullivan, was arrested on preliminary charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct and was released on $1,000 bond. Linton Police Department Patrolman McDonald was the arresting officer.

* April 6 -- Michael R. Gallagher, 30, Linton, was arrested on preliminary charges of battery and disorderly conduct, released on $1,000 bond and scheduled to appear in court on April 11. Greene County Sheriff's Deputy Jeremy Inman was the arresting officer.

* April 6 -- Vernon D. Moss, 52, Farmersburg, was arrested on preliminary charges of battery with bodily injury and disorderly conduct, released on $1,500 bond and scheduled to appear in court on April 14. Greene County Sheriff's Deputy Jeremy Inman was the arresting officer.

ACTIVITY LOG

The Linton Police Department's activity log for Friday through Sunday included one incident of minor consumption, two breaking and entering, five requests for information only, one bar fight, two assists to the utility department after hours, one vandalism, one custody dispute/exchange, one protective order violation, one school/foot patrol, one loitering, one missing/runaway juvenile, one accident with personal injury, six accidents with property damage, one lost and found, nine medical/illness, three animal complaints, one VIN check, four suspicious vehicles/persons, three assists to other agencies, three possibly intoxicated drivers, one theft-other, one theft-bicycle, four welfare checks/concerns, one fingerprint for a gun permit, one animal/canine removed and eight traffic stops.

* April 5 -- A resident reported the theft of prescription medication from their home. LPD Cpl. Paul Clark was the investigating officer.

* April 5 -- A resident on E St. N.E. reported the theft of a blue and silver Roadmaster bicycle from their back door area. LPD Patrolman Debbie McDonald is the investigating officer.

* April 5 -- A resident on E St. N.E. reported their front door and window had been egged. LPD Patrolman Debbie McDonald was the investigating officer.

* April 5 -- No injuries were reported after an accident involving two vehicles at 5:42 p.m. on S. Main St. One vehicle was stopped at the red light at A St. S.E. and was struck in the rear after another driver coming up from behind failed to see the red light and the stopped vehicle due to sun in the driver's eyes. LPD Patrolman Debbie McDonald was the investigating officer.

* April 5 -- No injuries were reported after an accident at 5:42 p.m. on South Main St. One vehicle was traveling south and struck the passenger side of another as they were attempting to pull from a parking spot into the roadway. LPD Det. Josh Goodman was the investigating officer.

* April 6 -- No injuries were reported after an accident at 12:29 p.m. on State Road 54 West. One vehicles was stopped at the red light at 12 St. N.E. and another one coming up from behind was not paying attention and struck the first vehicle. LPD Patrolman Debbie McDonald was the investigating officer.
