Gary Dean Trimble, 61, of Springville, passed away Saturday, April 5, 2008, at the Bloomington Hospital.
He was born Jan. 8, 1947, to Sid and Alice Marie (Parker) in Mt. Sterling, KY.
He was a graduate of Ellettsville High School.
He previously owned Bloomington Auto Parts and GT Towing. He was a member of the Great Harvest Ministry Center in Bloomington.
Survivors include: his wife Julie (Shields) Trimble, two sons, Isaac Trimble and Carl Eli Trimble, two daughters, Ashley (Ryan) Elkins and Brandie Martindale, all of Bloomington, four brothers, Michael (Sherilyn) Trimble of Spencer, David (Shirley) Trimble of South Carolina, Brad (Diana) Trimble of Bloomfield, and Sid (companion Tammy) of Spencer, three grandchildren and sister-in-law, Jean Trimble.
He is preceded in death by his parents, brother, Ronald Trimble, and sister, Sondra Lady and sister-in-law, Sharon Trimble.
Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Great Harvest Ministry Center in Bloomington with Pastor Tony Taylor and Rev. Fred Stanger officiating.
Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery in Spencer.
Friends may call 4-8 p.m. Tuesday, April 8, 2008, at the church, and 9-11 a.m. Wednesday, April 9, 2008, at the church.
Memorial contributions may be made to Bloomington Hospice or Harvest House Soup Kitchen.
