She was born Dec. 13, 1923, in Dewitt, Ark., to Veaty W. "Shorty" and Esther (Rollison) Hawks,
She was a homemaker, and retired from Crane Naval Depot, was a member of Worthington Christian Church, and also a member of Tri Kappa.
She is survived by two step-daughters, Phyllis (Bud) Green, Worthington; Margie (Jim) Bianchetta, Chadds Ford, PA; four grandsons, Mark Green, Dennis Green, Tony Bianchetta and Michael Bianchetta; six great grandchildren;and three great-great granddaughters; one brother, Carthal (Janice) Hawks, Tamassee, S. C.; and one niece, Jill Merritt.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Truman F. Calvert, Jan. 6, 2002, and 1 brother, Quenton Hawks.
Services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday at Welch & Cornett Funeral Home, Worthington Chapel with Keith Bellinger, officiating.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 11 a.m. Monday until time of service.
Burial will be in Worthington Cemetery.
