Sandborn family thankful for support

To the Editor:

The family of David Gee wish to thank the members of Sandborn Lions Club, those who worked so hard on the fish fry, and the people of surrounding communities for their support and monetary donations.

This has been a real tribute of love toward us and we appreciate it deeply. We thank all the churches for their thoughts, prayers, and cards. We thank pastor Scott Rasico, minister of Sandborn Baptist Church and the congregation for their continued visitations, prayers, and words of encouragement.

David is still a patient at Indiana University Hospital in Indianapolis. The love and compassion you all have shown us is overwhelming. Our family and David have been through so much these past few months that words cannot express how grateful and appreciative we are for such good friends.

We are so blessed to live in such a loving and close knit community. It's wonderful to live in such a loving and close knit community, it's wonderful to know there is a great support system out there and we can't thank you enough!
