Marjorie (Crowe) Hudson, 92, of Bloomfield, passed away at 6:40 a.m. on Tuesday August 26, 2008 at Garden Villa in Bloomington.
Born March 13, 1916 in Greene County, she was the daughter of Burge and Byrd (Bays) Crowe.
She was a homemaker and she worked at the Bloomfield Nursing Home. She was a life time member of the Sylvania Wesleyan Church in Bloomfield.
Surviving relatives include: one son Jerry L. Hudson of Kingman, Arizona; two brothers, Bob and Alvin Crowe, both of Bloomfield; two sisters Dorothy Helms of Bloomfield and Donna Fowler of Solsberry; three grandchildren, Tim Hudson of Bloomfield, Melanie Chamberlain of Phoenix, Ariz. and Marla Melton of Kingman, Ariz.; three great grandchildren, Aaron Chamberlain of Phoenix, Ariz., Ashlie Hudson of Kingman, Ariz., and Kyle Hudson of Bloomfield; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by her husband, Alvin D. Hudson on July 24, 1990; one sister, Wilma Hostetter; and two brothers, Richard Crowe and John Russell Crowe; and her parents.
Friends may call from 2-8 p.m. on Friday at the Sylvania Wesleyan Church and noon until the hour of service on Saturday at the church.
Services will be at 2 p.m. on Saturday at the chuch with Rev. Dave Taylor and Rev. Bob England officiating. Burial will follow at Walnut Grove Cemetery.
