WRV golfers open season

The White River Valley junior high golf team opened their season up Tuesday at the Vincennes Elks Golf Club against South Knox.

Trent Myers was the low medalist for the Wolverines with a score of 43. Cade Hill shot a 50, while Jordan Murdock and Michael Cox carded a 54 and 56 respectively.

South Knox's team score was not available.

The Wolverines will return to the links on Monday, Sept. 8 against Vincennes Rivet at the Vincennes Elks.
