JAIL LOG

* Nov. 14 -- Timothy R. Moore, 22, Bloomfield, was arrested on a warrant for a probation violation and was being held without bond. Bloomfield Police Reserve Officer Darci Nichols was the arresting officer.

* Nov. 14 -- Michael S. Tomes, 22, Bloomfield, was arrested on preliminary charges of possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia, released on $10,000 bond and scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 21. Greene County Sheriff's Det. George Dallaire was the arresting officer.

* Nov. 14 -- Rachel M. Murawski, 24, Bloomfield, was arrested on preliminary charges of possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia and was being held on $10,000 bond. Greene County sheriff's Det. George Dallaire was the arresting officer.

* Nov. 15 -- Steven W. Asbery, 28, Lewis, was arrested on a warrant for a probation violation and was being held without bond. Jasonville Police Officer Ryan VanHorn was the arresting officer.

* Nov. 15 -- John Harden, 33, Bloomington, was arrested on a preliminary charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, released on $4,000 bond on Nov. 16 and scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 21. Greene County Sheriff's Deputy Jeremy Inman was the arresting officer.

* Nov. 16 -- Jordan Harbaugh, 25, Linton, was arrested on preliminary charges of two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, released on $4,000 bond and scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 21. Linton Police Officer Heath Murray was the arresting officer.

* Nov. 16 -- Loretta Malone, 44, Lyons, was arrested on a preliminary charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and was being held on $4,000 bond. Linton Police Officer Heath Murray was the arresting officer.

The Linton Police Department's activity log for Friday through Sunday included one title check, one follow-up investigation, one request for information only, one fight, one assist to the utility department after hours, one protective order violation, one criminal mischief, one school/foot patrol, two transports of documentation, three accidents with property damage, one escort to a bank, one medical/illness, four animal complaints, three suspicious vehicles/persons, one assist to another agency, two fingerprints for gun permits, one domestic dispute, one battery and four traffic stops.

* Nov. 16 -- Police investigated an incident of battery and a violation of a protective order that occurred at the Bottoms Up Tavern. A resident of Terre Haute was in the bar when her ex-husband came in and allegedly grabbed her by the arm then followed her to the restroom where he again grabbed her and punched her in the chest before leaving. LPD Chief Troy Jerrell was the investigating officer.

* Nov. 8 -- Police have completed an investigation into an accident around 4:39 a.m. which resulted in a flag pole and some signs being knocked down at the intersection of State Road 54W and 5th St. Allyssa Keller, 20, Sullivan, was driving a 2002 silver Jeep Liberty when she ran off the road. According to the police report, she said she did not know what happened. About 75 yards away from where her vehicle came to a stop, numerous street signs were damaged in a median. Keller's vehicle sustaned a broken windshield, damage to the front bumper, the front of the roof and slight damages to the sides of the Jeep. Keller was wearing a safety harness at the time and no injuries were reported. The State of Indiana would not give estimates on the damage until after the accident report is turned in. The police report states Keller's physical status appeared normal following the accident. She was given standardized field sobriety tests which she passed. LPD Officer Heath Murray was the investigating officer.
