GREENE COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT

JAIL LOG

* Nov. 21 -- Devin Allen Downham, 20, Williams, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear and was being held on $5,000 bond. Greene County Sheriff's Reserve Officer Mark Evans was the arresting officer.

* Nov. 23 -- Cody A. Keith, 20, Washington, was arrested on a preliminary charge of resisting law enforcement with a vehicle, released on $4,500 bond and scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 28. Bloomfield Deputy Marshal Harvey Holt was the arresting officer.

ACTIVITY LOG

The Linton Police Department's activity log for Friday through Sunday included one incident of trespassing, one follow-up investigation, six requests for information only, one request for lifting assistance, one fight, three assists to the utility department after hours, one custody dispute/exchange, ten school/foot patrols, four structure fires, one brush fire, one robbery, two accidents with property damage, eight medical/illness, one animal complaint, three suspicious vehicles/persons, two harassment complaints, one theft-other, one message delivery, one welfare check/concern, one 911 prank or false call, one missing person-adult, one domestic dispute, one domestic dispute-neighbor, one ordinance violation and 13 traffic stops.

* Nov. 21 -- A resident of Bloomfield reported an accident involving someone who left the scene between 7:45-8:30 p.m. A 2000 blue Lincoln had been parked in the WalMart parking lot. The driver went inside then when they came out discovered their passenger side door had been hit, bending the trim and knocking the door out of alignment. Police are reviewing video surveillance tapes. LPD Officer Debbie McDonald is the investigating officer.

* Nov. 22 -- A Jasonville resident reported an accident involving someone who left the scene but was unsure when the accident happened - possibly at the Linton school parking lot the night before. The police report states the impact and damage to the vehicle appeared to be moderate. LPD Officer Karl Jacobshagen was the investigating officer.
