The Linton Police Department's activity report for Wednesday included three follow-up investigations, one assist to the utility department after hours, one school/foot patrol, three accidents with personal injury, two animal complaints, one harassment complaint, one disabled/stranded vehicle and nine traffic stops.

* Nov. 26 -- Two persons were injured in an accident involving two vehicles around 3:30 p.m. at the intersection of NW H and NW 3rd Sts. Nicole D. Bohnert, 17, Linton, was eastbound in a 2005 Nissan Altima on H St. attempting to turn onto 3rd St. Aaron S. Richards, 16, Linton, also eastbound on H St. in a 2006 Chevrolet HHR, looked away from the roadway and did not see Bohnert's vehicle stopped to turn. The Richards vehicle hit Bohner's in the rear causing substantial damage to both vehicles. Both drivers were checked by rescue personnel from the Greene County Ambulance Service and both refused treatment at the scene. LPD Officer Debbie McDonald was the investigating officer.
