Bloomfield Chamber says thanks for help
To the Editor:
The Bloomfield Chamber of Commerce recently completed a project aimed at raising funds to purchase downtown Christmas decorations in Bloomfield. The project involved soliciting sponsors for Christmas trees located near the Santa house in downtown Bloomfield and the Bloomfield Park.
The project was successful with the sponsorship of 39 trees at both locations. A special thank you is given to Si and Amy Burger for generously donating the Christmas trees for the holiday event. The Bloomfield Chamber of Commerce would like to thank the following businesses and individuals for their donations and/or support during the project:

Due to the generosity of Bloomfield and Greene County residents, the Bloomfield Chamber of Commerce was able to raise $1,000 to be used to purchase Christmas decorations for downtown Bloomfield. The Chamber would like to challenge any local businesses to match our contribution.

The family of William F. Weaver would like to thank our family and friends for the flowers, prayers, cards, kind words, food and all the nice things you did during the passing of our loving husband and dad.
A special thank you to Pastor David Atkins who came to the hospital and Pastor Mike Roth for coming to the house and praying with my husband and I. Thank you to Pastor Roth for the beautiful service he provided. Your kindness will never be forgotten.
