Kenneth L. Brinson, 83, of Cloverdale, passed away Friday, Jan. 9, 2009.
He was born Feb. 28, 1925 in Martinsville, IN
He was retired 32 years from the U.S. Post Office, former World War II Army Medic, 66 Field Hospital Unit. His other jobs included Lieber's Photography and Ford Motor Co. He was a former member of Englewood Christian Church.
Survivors include: his wife of 32 years, Beverly; daughters, Marie A. Thompson and Sharon R. Edwards; five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by first wife, Hazel E. Brinson; brother, Basil Brinson; granddaughter, Jessica D. Hubbell and great-granddaughter Adrienne E. Hubbell; parents, Bonnie B. and Cora (Sykes) Brinson.
Calling will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, January 13 in Flanner and Buchanan Funeral Center - Washington Park East.
Service will be in the funeral center at 3 p.m. Wednesday, January 14.
Burial will be in Washington Park East Cemetery.
