GREENE COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT

ACTIVITY LOG

* Feb. 15 -- Deputy Jeremy Inman repsponded to a one-vehicle accident at 4:30 a.m. on County Road 230N west of CR 1330W. Justin Jackson, 21, Dugger was traveling east on CR 230N when a deer ran into the side of his 2003 Chevrolet pickup truck. Jackson was not injured in the accident.

JAIL LOG

* Feb. 13 -- Bradley W. Griffith, 24, Jasonville, was arrested on a preliminary charge of driving while suspended with a prior conviction, released on $1,000 bond and scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 20. Jasonville Police Reserve Officer Shawn Husband was the arresting officer.

* Feb. 13 -- Steven R. Goble, 41, Shelburn, was arrested on a warrant and was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff's Deputy John Fowler was the arresting officer.

* Feb. 13 -- Vincent T. Carter, 43, Linton, was arrested on a warrant and was being held on $18,500 bond. Linton Police Det. Sgt. Keith McDonald was the arresting officer.

* Feb. 13 -- Cecil E. Gallen, 51, Solsberry, was arrested on a warrant, released on $5,000 bond and scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 18. Greene County Sheriff's Special Deputy Darren McDonald was the arresting officer.

* Feb. 14 -- William G. Shaw, 42, Solsberry, was arrested on preliminary charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated while being a lifetime habitual traffic violator and was being held on $14,000 bond. Greene County Sheriff's Deputy Jeremy Inman was the arresting officer.

* Feb. 15 -- Marianne Cinamon, 32, Mitchell, was arrested on a preliminary charge of battery with injury, released on $1,000 bond and scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 20. Greene County Sheriff's Reserve Deputy Gregory Flinn was the arresting officer.

* Feb. 15 -- Amber N. Greene, 22, Linton, was arrested on preliminary charges of battery and residential entry, released on $5,000 bond and scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 20. Linton Police Cpl. Chad Crynes was the arresting officer.

* Feb. 15 -- David R. Patton, 21, Bloomfield, was arrested on a preliminary charge of disorderly conduct, released on $500 bond and scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 20. Bloomfield Deputy Marshal Eric Shane Smith was the arresting officer.

* Feb. 15 -- Travis R. Fulk, 37, Worthington, was arrested on a warrant and was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff's Deputy Aaron Smith was the arresting officer.

LINTON POLICE DEPARTMENT

ACTIVITY LOG

The Linton Police Department's activity log for Friday through Sunday included three follow-up investigations, three requests for information only, one fight, one juvenile/delinquent, one assist to the utility department after hours, one custody dispute/exchange, one protective order violation, one incident of criminal mischief, one school/foot patrol, one loitering, two accidents with personal injury, one accident with property damage, one lost and found, three medical/illness, three animal complaints, one prowler, two suspicious vehicles/persons, three assists to other agencies, two harassment complaints, two thefts-other, two fingerprints for gun permits, one arrest-wanted on warrant, two domestic disputes, one domestic dispute/neighbor, two community relations and seven traffic stops.

* Feb. 14 -- Police responded to a complaint of harassment around 2:35 a.m. when a resident of Jasonville said two suspects had been driving through the Park Inn parking lot all night. The resident was advised to obtain a protective order as soon as possible. Officers were called back later after an incident of criminal mischief was reported. They were advised that a clear liquid had been poured on the reporting party's vehicle. LPD Officer Heath Murray was the investigating officer.

* Feb. 15 -- A resident reported a theft occurred around 8 a.m. at the Renegades Club House. The reporting party said a black leather single-fold wallet containing various papers, an ATM card and $200 in cash was missing. They also said approximately $150 in cash plus one case of Bud and one case of Coors Light was missing from the clubhouse. A suspect allegedly was present during a party then fled the scene with the items following an altercation. LPD Officer Karl Jacobshagen is the investigating officer.

* Feb. 15 -- A resident on NE B St. reported that approximately 142 hydrocodone pills were taken from three different containers in their residence. LPD Officer Karl Jacobshagen is the investigating officer.
