The Linton Police Department's activity log for Wednesday included one license plate check, four requests for information only, one assist to the utility department after hours, one incident of vandalism, one school/foot patrol, one disorderly conduct, one structure fire, one vehicle fire, one lost and found, three medical/illness, five animal complaints, one prowler, one suspicious vehicle/person, one assist to another agency, one burglary, one possibly intoxicated driver and one welfare check/concern.

* March 11 -- Police are investigating an incident of criminal mischief at the Greene County Auction Building on W. Vincennes St. An unknown suspect broke out a large front window. The polcie report states it appeared to have been kicked out. LPD Officer Debbie McDonald is the investigating officer.

* March 11 -- A resident on NE F St. reported an incident of residential entry after they discovered the attic window on the rear of their garage had been pried open. The attic was entered and a ceiling tile was down but the resident did not believe anything had been taken. The report notes the attic was a small area and it was possible someone had been hiding in there. LPD Officer Karl Jacobshagen was the investigating officer.
