Blanton bill would help sheriff's deal with rising medical costs for inmates

While the increasing costs to the county of methamphetamine abuse have been well-documented throughout the state, Greene County Sheriff Terry Pierce is hopeful that the Indiana General Assembly might offer local governments some relief in terms of jail costs to provide medical service to inmates.
