GREENE COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT

JAIL LOG

* March 27 -- Thomas D. Eckel, 22, Indianapolis, was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear, released March 28 on $5,000 bond and scheduled to appear in court on April 3. Greene County Sheriff's Det. George Dallaire was the arresting officer.

* March 27 -- Cory W. Cody, 23, Linton, was arrested on preliminary charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, released on $4,000 bond and scheduled to appear in court on April 3. Linton Police Reserve Officer Randy Raney was the arresting officer.

* March 28 -- Russell A. Phillips, 47, Linton, was arrested on preliminary charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, released on $4,000 bond and scheduled to appear in court on April 3. Greene County Sheriff's Deputy Jeremy Inman was the arresting officer.

* March 28 -- Andrew R. Marshall, 28, Jasonville, was arrested on a preliminary charge of domestic battery, released on $1,000 bond and scheduled to appear in court on April 3. Jasonville Police Officer Ryan Van Horn was the arresting officer.

* March 28 -- Charles W. Fidler, 33, Indianapolis, was arrested on a warrant issued in another county for failure to appear. Custody was transferred to another county agency on March 29. Jasonville Police Officer Mike Ladson was the arresting officer.

* March 28 -- Edgar R. Cottingham III, 52, Brownsburg, was arrested on preliminary charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and was being held in lieu of $4,000 bond. Greene County Sheriff's Deputy Jeremy Inman was the arresting officer.

* March 29 -- Bradley A. Neiswanger, 26, Plainville, was arrested on a warrant and was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff's Reserve Officer Josh Fuller was the arresting officer.

* March 29 -- Margot M. Sander, 36, Plainville, was arrested on a warrant, released on $4,500 bond and scheduled to appear in court on April 3. Greene County Sheriff's Reserve Officer Jason Crouch was the arresting officer.
