Bloomfield Chamber conducts ribbon-cutting for new Subway

By Heidi Puckett The Bloomfield Chamber of Commerce welcomed Subway to its town Wednesday morning with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Joining in the celebration were (from left) Matt Miller (Chamber), Riley Terrell (Chamber), Soni and Jasvir (Subway), Harkavel Sing (Subway owner), Ashley Page (Subway), Jenny Crites (Chamber, with son Eli), Eric Harrah (Chamber), and Judy Hammond (Chamber).

  • It's exciting to have a Subway in our town. I hope it is successful, and every Bloomfieldite will take advantage and indulge in lots of Subway foods. Congrats!

  • I too hope it a success. So many businesses close in Bloomfield because people want to save 5 cents by driving 12 miles to Wal-mart.
