Herbert Franklin "Tick" Everhart, Jr., 80, of Kankakee, Ill. and formerly of Jasonville, died at 9:45 p.m. Tuesday, April 28, 2009 at Momence Meadows Nursing Home at Momence, Ill.
He was born Jan. 27, 1929 in Springfield, Mo. to Herbert Franklin Everhart Sr.
and Ina Merle (Roe) Everhart
He was a TV and electronic repairman.
Survivors include: a sister, Blanche Grabner of Jasonville, a brother, Gilbert Harold "Bud" Everhart of Kokomo; nieces, Francie Barton of Jasonville, Gayla Calvert of Jasonville, Marla Stockrahm of Jasonville, Kristy Everhart of Kokomo; several great nieces and nephews; special friend, Camille; loving companion, his dog Tiger.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. until service time on Saturday at McClanahan-Lee Funeral Home in Jasonville.
Services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Interment will be at K of P Cemetery in Hymera.
