JAIL LOG

* May 29 -- Ronald D. Hayne, 47, Terre Haute, was arrested on preliminary charges of dealing in narcotics, dealing marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia and was being held without bond. Linton Police Officer Heath Murray was the arresting officer.

* May 29 -- Marian L. Hayne, 39, Terre Haute, was arrested on preliminary charges of dealing in narcotics, dealing marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia and was being held without bond. Linton Police Officer Heath Murray was the arresting officer.

* May 30 -- Amanda D. Misner, 33, Lyons, was arrested on preliminary charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, released on May 31 after posting $4,000 bond and scheduled to appear in court on June 5. Greene County Sheriff's Deputy Shane Smith was the arresting officer.

* May 31 -- Michael G. Brault, 23, Shelburn, was arrested on a body attachment and was being held in lieu of $500. Greene County Sheriff's Deputy Rick Marques was the arresting officer.

* May 31 -- Craig A. Lange, 40, Solsberry, was arrested on preliminary charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, released after posting $4,000 bond and scheduled to appear in court on June 5. Greene County Sheriff's Deputy BradDeckard was the arresting officer.

The Linton Police Department's activity log for Friday through Sunday included one incident of trespassing, one illegal burn, one title check, four follow-up investigations, two requests for information only, one lifting assistance, one vandalism, two drug investigations, three school/foot patrols, one missing or runaway juvenile, one accident with personal injury, three accidents with property damage, two off-road vehicle complaints, four medical/illness, three animal complaints, two suspicious vehicles/persons, one harassment complaint, one child abuse/molestation or neglect, one speeding vehicle, one possibly intoxicated driver, one reckless driver, two extra patrols, three thefts-other, one motor vehicle theft, one domestic dispute, one community relations, one ordinance violation warning and eight traffic stops.

* May 31 -- A resident reported her car stolen after someone who was working for her moved the car out of the way from where it was parked and then didn't bring it back. LPD Officer Heath Murray is the investigating officer.

* May 31 -- A resident on SW 3rd St. reported their vehicle was entered sometime after 2 a.m. and several items were missing including a radar detector, a purse, a work cell phone, awallet with insurance, credit and identification cards. LPD Det. Josh Goodman was the investigating officer.

* May 31 -- A resident on NE B St. reported a Razor Spark scooter was stolen out of a van sometime during the night while the vehicle was unlocked. LPD Officer Heath Murray was the investigating officer.

* May 31 -- An incident of criminal mischief was reported by a resident whose rear window of their vehicle was shattered by what appeared to be a rock from the adjacent railroad track. The rock was located inside the vehicle. LPD Officer Heath Murray was the investigating officer.
