The Linton Police Department's activity log for Wednesday included two follow-up investigations, two requests for information only, one assist to the utility department after hours, two incidents of vandalism, two illegal burns, one criminal mischief, two publicintoxication , one brush fire, one loitering, one lost and found, three medical/illness, one animal complaint, one prowler, one suspicious vehicle/person, one harassment complaint, one reckless driver, one extra patrol, one theft-other, one message delivery, one fireworks, one fingerprint for a gun permit, one assist to the fire department, two domestic disputes, one abandoned vehicle, one community relations and two traffic stops.
July 1 -- A resident on N. Main St. reported their patio furniture had been stolen at some unknown time in the past. A patio table, four green chairs and two rocker chairs had been stored in a carport area. LPD Det. Lt. Duane Collenbaugh was the investigating officer.
