Mary Josephine (Byarley) Huff, 84, became free from her earthly burden and at eternal peace on Saturday, Aug. 1, 2009 in Bloomington, IN.
Mary was born on Feb. 14, 1925 in Greene County to Henderson and Dorothy (Ferguson) Byarley.
She retired from Indiana Bell Telephone in 1987.
She is survived by her children: Pamela Zimmerman of Franklin, TN, C.A. Shockley of Indianapolis, Mary Davida Kent of Carlisle, Kim Richard Hubbard of Bloomington, Marcy (husband -- Jim) Holmes of Bloomington, and Kathy McClane of Middlebury; sisters: Mamie Fowler of South Bend, Betty Morley of Indianapolis, and Sue (husband -- Dave) Stark of Jasonville; brother: Billy (wife -- Ruth) Byarley of Jasonville; 12 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents; first husband: Paul Baker; third husband: Paul Huff; sister: Shirley Ann Byarley; brothers: Phillip and Robert Byarley.
Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday at McClanahan-Lee Funeral Home in Jasonville with service to follow at 1 p.m.
Burial will be in Lebanon Cemetery at Midland.
