GREENE COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT

JAIL LOG

* Aug. 7 -- Jacob M. Fiscus, 17, Lyons, was arrested on a warrant and was being held in lieu of $14,000 bond. Indiana State Police Trooper Byron Goodman was the arresting officer.

* Aug. 8 -- Tammy J. Neidigh, 45, Bloomfield, was arrested on preliminary charges of criminal reckless with a deadly weapon and was being held in lieu of $5,500 bond. Linton Police Officer Debbie McDonald was the arresting officer.

* Aug. 8 -- Marc T. Hennessy, 46, Bloomfield, was arrested on preliminary charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, released Aug. 9 on $4,000 bond and scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 14. Greene County Sheriff's Deputy Jeremy Inman was the arresting officer.

* Aug. 9 -- Michael N. Moore, 20, Bloomington, was arrested on preliminary charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, released on $8,000 bond and scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 14. Greene County Sheriff's Deputy Jeremy Inman was the arresting officer.

* Aug. 9 -- Samuel J. Shaw, 41, Bloomfield, was arrested on preliminary charges of resisting law enforcement with a vehicle, released on $4,000 bond and scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 14. Greene County Sheriff's Reserve Deputy Richard Colvin was the arresting officer.

LINTON POLICE DEPARTMENT

ACTIVITY LOG

The Linton Police Department's activity log for Friday through Sunday included one illegal burn, three requests for information only, two incidents of vandalism, one drug investigation, one criminal mischief, one structure fire, one accident with property damage, one lost and found, five medical/illness, one alarm, two animal complaints, four suspicious vehicles/persons, two harassment complaints, three thefts-other, one bicycle theft, one welfare check/concern, one fingerprint for a gun permit, two domestic disputes, one ordinance violation and seven traffic stops.

* Aug. 7 -- A resident on Marshal Ave. reported an incident of criminal mischief occurred around 11 a.m. when he was in a verbal argument with another individual. The other person took a stone from his yard and threw it into the windshield of his truck then fled the scene. LPD Reserve Officer Mike Harroll was the investigating officer.

* Aug. 8 -- A resident reported their bicycle was stolen while it was parked at Superior Ice while they were working. When he returned to the 27-inch blue Schwinn bicycle, it was gone but a 24-inch green and white bicycle had been left in its place. LPD Officer Debbie McDonald is the investigating officer.

* Aug. 9 -- An incident of criminal mischief was reported by a man who told police a woman keyed the front fender on his truck several times. It started in the Palace Bar around 3:45 p.m. when the woman came in yelling at the man then left and went across the street and got into his truck. He said he went out when he saw her in his vehicle. She got lottery tickets out of the truck, walked around to the front quarter panel and keyed the fender, yelled at him again and then left. LPD Officer Debbie McDonald was the investigating officer.

* Aug. 9 -- A resident on NE 6th St. reported a window air conditioner was missing from inside their residence. LPD Officer Debbie McDonald was the investigating officer.
