She was born Oct. 28, 1935, in Linton, the daughter of Leo "Dugan" and Eva (Risher) Flynn.
She worked as an accountant at General Electric, Rice's Building Supply in Linton, Peabody Coal Company and Wabash Valley Correctional Facility in Carlisle. She was a member of the Linton First Baptist Church and was a 1953 graduate of Linton-Stockton High School.
Survivors include: three sons, Bill (Tina) Collins of Linton, Ron (Robyn) Collins of New Smyrna, Fla., and Tony (fiancée, Kelli) Collins of Linton; a sister, Pat (Bill) Smith of Mt. Juliet, TN; eight grandchildren, Heather, Holly, Haley, Ronnie, Miranda, Kyla, Lillie and Amber; and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a great-grandson and two sisters, Kay Partain and Faye Blankenship.
Funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday at Welch & Cornett Funeral Home in Linton with Rev. David Tyra officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery.
Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Friday and at 12 noon Saturday at the funeral home.
