The family and community of Rosabelle Sellers Neff mourns her passing.
Born foster daughter June 21, 1929 at Trinity Springs, Martin County, Ind. to James Sellers and Ella Mae Chastain Neff, she entered into rest August 12, 2009 at Bloomington Hospital surrounded by loving family.
Her memory will be cherished by daughter, Kae Neff Schreiber of Palm Springs, Calif., Star Hardy of Worthington; sisters, Alice Sheetz of Bloomfield, Helen Marshall of Lawrenceville, Ill.; sister-in-law, Barbara Deckard of Bloomington; grandchildren, Brian Swafford, Christina Butler, both of Springville, John Harris of Borden and Regina Silvers of Bedford; numerous great-grandchildren; and loyal caregiver, Jo Matthias of Worthington.
She is reunited in the presence of our Heavenly Father with both parents; foster sister, Nina Bridges, formerly of Trinity Springs; husbands Merle Hardy and Edwin Neff; sons, Scott Edward Hardy and Patrick Lee Hardy, all formerly of Worthington.
A private family inurnment committal ceremony for Rosie Neff will take place 3 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 20, 2009 at the family plot of Worthington Cemetery.
A Celebration of Life Reception following the service at 4 p.m. at the Worthington Post 106 American Legion Hall sponsored by the family for the friends of Rosie Neff. Please join us to reminisce, share stories, and enjoy music, food, fun, and fellowship.
Cremation service provided by Bloomington Cremation Society under the direction of Nathan Butler Funeral Home.
