He was born in Carlisle, Dec. 2, 1926, the son of Clifford Morrison and Mary Abrams Morrison.
He was retired from Cummins Engines in Columbus, a farmer, a member of the Worthington Assembly of God Church, Washington Boat Club, and an 18 year member of the White River Valley Antique Association.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one daughter, Rebecca Baxter; one son, Steven Johnson; three brothers, Clifford Morrison Jr., Titus Morrison, Clyde Morrison; and one sister, Marie Boone Hardesty.
Survivors include his wife Barbara Hale Morrison of Worthington; three sons, James Morrison (Linda) of Brownstown, Jeff Morrison (Joyce) of Madison, David Johnson of Jasonville, IN.; one daughter, Martha Myers (Ron) of Seymour; 16 grandchildren; and 24 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Newkirk's Funeral Home in Dugger with Pastor Davey Dyer officiating. Interment in the Morris Chapel Cemetery.
