The Linton Police Department's activity log for Wednesday included one incident of trespassing, two refusal to leave, two follow-up investigations, one request for information only, one assist to the utility department after hours, one vandalism, one custody dispute/exchange, one school/foot patrol, one utility repair, two property dispute, one disorderly conduct, one transport of documentation, one missing/runaway juvenile, three medical/illness, three animal complaints, two assists to other agencies, one harassment complaint, one arrest-wanted on warrant, one domestic dispute, one ordinance violation and six traffic stops.
* Sept. 23 -- Tressie P. Palmer, 35, Bloomfield, was arrested after a LPD officer saw a vehicle driving down the road around 11:13 p.m. with no head lights on. LPD Officer Nick Yingling made a traffic stop and found Palmer in the vehicle, knew she was wanted and transported her to the Greene County Jail. A warrant was out for her arrest on a petition to revoke her probation on a class B misdemeanor charge of public intoxication.
