JAIL LOG

* Oct. 30 -- Fawn K. Dove, 27, Linton, was arrested on preliminary charges of public intoxication and resisting law enforcement, released on Oct. 31 on $1,500 bond and scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 6. Linton Reserve Officer Mike Harroll was the arresting officer.

* Oct. 30 -- Paul A. McHenry, 19, Worthington, was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear and was being held without bond. Bloomfield Deputy Marshal Harvey Holt was the arresting officer.

* Oct. 30 -- Joshua L. Roach, Linton, was arrested on a preliminary charge of invasion of privacy and was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff Terry Pierce was the arresting officer.

* Oct. 31 -- Robert J. Fougerousse, 48, Jasonville, was arrested on a preliminary charge of invasion of privacy and was being held without bond. Jasonville Reserve Officer Adam Pearson was the arresting officer.

* Oct. 31 -- Dustin L. Turley, 22, Jasonville, was arrested on preliminary drug-related charges and was being held without bond. Bloomfield Deputy Marshal Harvey Holt was the arresting officer.

* Oct. 31 -- Benjamin C. Parsley, 19, Worthington, was arrested on a preliminary charge of domestic battery in the presence of a minor, released on Nov. 1 on $4,000 bond and scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 6. Linton Police Cpl. Paul Clark was the arresting officer.

* Nov. 1 -- Joshua L. Stiver, 23, Bloomfield, was arrested on preliminary charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a previous conviction and was being held on $8,000 bond. Greene County Sheriff's Deputy Rick Marques was the arresting officer.

ACTIVITY LOG

The Linton Police Department's activity log for Friday through Sunday included one incident of breaking and entering, one follow-up investigation, seven requests for information only, one juvenile/delinquent, one custody dispute/exchange, three school/foot patrols, one property dispute, one disorderly conduct, one accident with property damage, one funeral escort, one lost and found, seven medical/illness, two alarms, one animal complaint, two suspicious vehicles/persons, one assist to another agency, one speeding vehicle, one reckless driver, one welfare check/concern, one fingerprint for a gun permit, four domestic disputes, one ordinance violation and 18 traffic stops.

* Oct. 23 -- Police continue to investigate a possible invasion of privacy in violation of a court order involving a Linton man. A female Bloomfield resident reported being in a Linton restaurant when the man approached her and told her that she would see him again. A battery may also have occurred. LPD Cpl. Paul Clark is the investigating officer.
