* Jan. 4 -- Robert J. Henderson, 45, Bloomfield, was arrested on a preliminary charge of invasion of privacy and was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff's Deputy Jeremy Inman was the arresting officer.
* Ronal Barber, 60, Jasonville, was transported by a private vehicle to Sullivan Community Hospital with pain and minor bleeding following a one-vehicle accident in Wright Township on Dec. 30.
Barber was westbound on County Road 700N west of State Road 59 in a 2003 Ford Ranger at approximately 2:30 p.m. when the accident occurred.
Greene County Sheriff's Lt. Bryan K. Woodall responded to the scene and reported Barber said he hit some "washboards" in the road and lost control on the ice-covered roadway.
Woodall said Barber's truck went off the north side of the road, hit an embankment and overturned, coming to rest on its top.
Jasonville Police Officer Ryan VanHorn also responded to the scene along with personnel from Wright Township Fire & Rescue and the Greene County Ambulance Service.
* Jonathan Sachtjen, 17, Bloomfield, hit a deer that came out of the trees into his path east of Tulip Tuesday morning.
Sachtjen was westbound in a 1999 Grand Am on Tulip Road approaching Corwin Road around 7:15 a.m.
According to a report from Greene County Sheriff's Lt. Bryan Woodall, Sachtjen said one deer came out of the tree line next to the north side of the roadway and into his path. Sachtjen was not able to avoid hitting the animal.
No injuries were reported.
