On Jan 5,2009 Eloise made her transition from this world to be with her angels.

Eloise was born Jan 19th, 1915 in Linton to Alfred and Hazel (Herndon) Jones. She attended Linton High School, and after graduation Eloise worked in Indianapolis, Detroit, Michigan and during W.W.II she lived and worked in Los Angeles with her sister in law Gayle (Bussard) Owen.

She was a homemaker and a member of the Cornerstone Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Porter Bussard in 1970. She is survived by her loving son; Craig (Denise) Bussard of Indianapolis; her loving daughter: Elaine (Pete) Thorne of Mill Valley, Ca; one granddaughter, Jessica( Michael) Henthorn of Greenwood; a brother William Jones of Indianapolis; 7 nieces and nephews ; a great grandson, Michael Henthorn and many friends from the Worthington/Linton area.

A feisty lady who loved people, music and was known for her wonderful pies and chocolate chip cookies, her volunteering included the Worthington Senior Citizen's Center, where for 12 years she lovingly served the meals for the Center and the meals to be delivered to shut ins.

A memorial service will be held Jan. 9th at 6 p.m. at the Cornerstone Church in Switz City, Indiana.
