Ruby Craig

Ruby Craig, 79, of Danville, Ind., passed away at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 26, 2010 at her residence.

Ruby was born Sept. 2, 1930 in Edmonson County, Ky., to Leonard and Mishie (Lashey) Meredith.

Ruby work for Stewart & Warner for 34 years as a grinder operator, she was retired.

Surviving relatives include her husband Robert Dale Craig, Sr. of Danville, Ind.; three sons, Robert Dale Craig, Jr. of Greenfield, Ind., Michael H. Craig of Tell City, and Marty L. Craig Indianapolis; 14 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 11 great great grandchildren.

Ruby was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter Gail Cook, four brothers and two sisters.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 30, 2010 and noon until the hour of service on Sunday at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield.

Service will be at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 31, 2010 at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield. Burial will follow at Owensburg Cemetery in Owensburg.
